What is Vidcom Service Company?

Vidcom Service Company was founded in 1986. The company specializes in desktop database business systems. The majority of the early systems were written in xbase languages. Since Windows has come into mainstream use, most of the development has been done in Microsoft Access/Visual Basic.
Several of the most notable accomplishments include: The comprehensive Stationery Systems that was developed for Caterpillar, which controlled a majority of all stationery products used/purchased at Caterpillar. The Air Shipping Document program that was purchased by UPS and until recently was used in over 400 locations. A PC Anywhere clone used by SVI systems in thousands of locations. We have developed over 200 systems ranging from small to large. In the last several years we have added web development, using DHTML (CSS, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, DOM), ASP and Coldfusion. We also offer some graphics design.
