![]() Snowman Ornament ![]() For Christmas two of our cheer moms got together to give us these cute little snowmen ornaments. On the snowman there was a bible verse that went with the theme of the gift. We used Psalm 51:6-7, "Surely you desire truth in the inner parts; you teach me wisdom in the inmost place. Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow." First we took a simple brown paper lunch bag. We used a large snowman shaped paper puncher to cut the middle out of the bag. We kept both punched-out parts. We took Avery sticker paper for the next part of this project. We printed out the name, year, and our school's name out for each girl. Then we found a bible verse to print out too. We printed this out on sticker paper too, making it fit within a snowman-like shape. We cut out the names and verses to fit onto the snowmen. Once we were sure we like the layout, we peeled off the backings and then stuck them onto the snowman. This was the ornament we used We made a small tag to keep on the ornament (so the girls could remember the ornament was from this year) and put glitter on the edges of the tags. We loosely wrapped the ornament in red tissue paper before we put them in the bags. We tied the tags on with red ribbon and curled the ends.
