Smush

Notice the bases are now staring at each other, ready to cordinate counts in order to bring the flyer down to the smush.

The bases move their hands towards each other and the flyer stays tight and balances. The back spot releases the flyer's ankles, but keeps her hands close by.

The bases focus on the flyer as they lower their hands.

The bases are almost into the smush position.

(same as above, different angle)

In the smush position, the flyer has her hands on the bases' shoulders, so she will be able to help push herself back up when she needs to. The back spot has her hands on the thighs of the flyer, so the back spot can be ready to push the flyer up.

(same as above, differnet angle)

Bases start to push flyer back up. This is very similar to how an extention prep starts out.

Back spot prepares to grabs bases' wrists, while the bases continue moving the flyer upward.

The back spot has her hands on the bases' wrists now, and helps the stunt move up.

The bases are almost up, and the flyer must remain tight and stay very balanced.

The prep smush extention is up!

The cradle is starting. The bases sponge with their legs and pop the flyer up.

The bases step in, their hands crossing under the flyer. The flyer makes a "T" with her arms, and starts her pike.

The flyer makes contact with the bases arms, and the bases slow her fall, then catch her.

This is a finished cradle.

The bases put the flyer back on the ground.

Congrats! You did a prep smush extention!
