Last year we learned how to do a belly flop stunt. This year we wanted to add some difficulty to it, since we've improved so much. We added a reload to extention in that stunt.

DeerCreek-Mackinaw had a wonderful Jr. High squad. We thought one of their pyramids was really creative. It's nothing too difficult, but with a lot of practice, it looked very sharp. This would be a good stunt for a less-experienced squad to work on. (Click the picture to see the step-by-step pictures)

Before you stunt, you need to know your basic stunting safety guidelines. My mom and I have been working on this stunt guide all year. We have studied all the areas of stunting, read books, and gone to stunt clinics. I have also spent a lot of time studying how to base these different stunts, and fly. I am on a competetive cheerleading squad, and the stunts are very difficult. As I keep learning more about stunting, the stunt guide will keep growing.
