I've been working with some new designs and different types of clothing. The latest style I've been working with are the Soffe cap sleeve T shirts and matching cheer shorts. These feature the cheerleader silhouettes inspired by the Ipod commercials. These short and shirt sets come in black, blue, green, and red. We will offer these in more colors soon and expanding our designs and styles.

I have a new set of cheerleading t shirt designs available. These are inspired by the Ipod shirts and look awesome on almost any color. They have a cheerleader in black with white pom poms and they come in a large variety of colors. This page has pictures of all the styles and information on how to buy them.

We've been busy selling Napoleon Dynamite T shirts on Ebay. We have plenty of fun, unique designs. If you loved the movie you'll definitely love these shirts. Peoria Christian has a tradition of sending out missions teams between the 3rd and 4th nine weeks of the school year. Mrs. Taylor, my favorite cheerleading coach, is taking a team of students to New York this year. I wanted to help Mrs. Taylor, so I donated my time and services to make team shirts and hoodie sweatshirts.

Is your squad tired of spending hundreds of dollars every summer on camp clothing that looks like everybody else's? We know how you can save lots of money and be the only squad at camp with your shirts. Learn how to turn simple cheer T-shirt into a unique, fitted shirt.

For Senior Night our school recognizes our boys basketball, swimming, and cheerleading teams. We have tons of pictures of what my mother and I did so that you can get some great ideas to use for your senior night.

Every year for senior night, my mother and I put posters up for each senior athlete in front of the gym. Usually most schools just use a basketball and a megaphone. My mother and I wanted to do something different. We decided to make posters that looked like the uniforms. They looked amazing when we were finished!

Everyone loves our posters that my mother and I make for senior night. This year we added a new design for our team manager.

I wanted to do something to show my support for our troops so I made a few new designs. Everyone who likes these should be able to put a copy in their locker, car, or window. It just didn't seem right to charge people for it. If you have somebody close to you serving our country, send them a message of encouragement with these. I hope these can be a reminder of the men and women who are serving the USA. Printing instructions are included.

This year for Valentine's Day we have a set of cheerleading valentines that you can print out on cardstock or magnet sheets and give to your friends. We have instructions included.

Every year for Valentine's Day, we try to put up really special locker decorations for the basketball team and our cheerleaders. This year, we were really happy with how our locker decorations turned out.

In most of the Midwest, January is usually the longest and darkest month of the year. Usually nothing fun is happening, and there aren't any days off from school. I wanted to come up with a bright, pretty locker decoration to cheer everybody up..

If you'd like to brighten up your cheerleader's lockers this month, we have a cute wintery decoration.

It is important to reward your youngest fans, since they are the fans of the future. PCS's biggest fan, David, has two nephews who come to all of the home games. They are excellent supporters of our basketball team, and I wanted to reward them. I made both of them T-shirts with a Charger Basketball logo on the front and their last name and graduation year on the back. They were so glad to get a shirt with their name on it, and they said they are going to wear "their jerseys" to all the games.

I'm sure you all know how hard it is to keep straight what your squad is doing for each 30 second and full timeouts. We didn't like scrambling to put things together when the buzzer went off. Mrs. Hawkins (who was our coach after Mrs. Taylor quit) came up with the greatest idea to help us out with this problem. She made giant flash cards that she could hold up for us to all see at the timeout.

For Spirit week, the basketball team and cheerleaders often will have a day when they might wear their jerseys or uniforms. If you don't want to wear your uniforms, you can get matching T-shirts. I made Powderpuff football shirts for everybody to wear one day, and the rest of the school thought they were really neat.

We host cheer clinics once or twice a year to fundraise and the little girls always love to do this. One thing we did this year to make it extra special for each girl is make custom awards for everyone who came to the clinic.

For this 30 second time out idea, the stunt sequence goes along with the "PCS" chant. It is easy to do, but there are several ways to add difficulty.

I have a new line of T-shirts at Nerdy Duckling! There are a lot of fun t-shirts and designs are being added all the time. These shirts are still, just $9.99!

One thing that the PCS crowd always likes is when we throw out candy. Your candy should go with a chant or slogan. It will really get the crowd excited and raise school spirit. Lip shaped candy goes great with several slogans that your crowd will love, such as: "Chargers, Chargers, Eat 'em up, Eat 'em up!"

One of the best ways to improve your floor cheers is to combine your JV and Varsity squads. When you have a huge group of girls on the floor it makes your cheer much better. You can yell louder, add difficulty, and put up more stunts. This is an example of a cheer that we did with both of our squads.

If your squad has two stunt groups that can do Liberty or higher, this will be very easy to put together. The rotating stunt groups make the crowd pay attention.

This stunt goes up fast and looks impressive, which makes it great for 30 second time outs. You need to have a very strong main base and an experienced flyer.

The show-and-go to blow-out is an easy way to combine two intermediate stunts; the liberty and basket toss.

If you are looking for something new to do during 30 second time outs, you should try out this new twist on a classic stunt. Your squad and the crowd will love it!

A quick and easy way to make your shorts cute and original is to add iron-on letters. You can buy separate letters or pre-spaced letters and iron them onto your shorts at home.

It's really easy to make matching flip flop sandals for your squad. These are great to wear when you don't want to get your cheer shoes dirty. They are perfect for cheer camp (when you're not cheering), and look sharp if you use your school colors.

If you have shirts left over from camp, this is a fun way to turn them into cute tops. Exposed serging is a great way to add color to your shirts and make them fit nicer.

PCS has wonderful fans, but this year we had a fan who really stood out. David took school spirit to a new level with his fun chants. Having a fan like this makes it so much more fun to cheer, and it really helped our boys basketball team. We really want to thank David for being a great leader for the Charger fans.

One of the highlights of this year was our snowman, "Frosty". For some odd reason Garrett Mooberry started bringing this large plastic snowman to our games. Surprisingly, Frosty was great for school spirit. Sometimes the things that you don't expect to encourage the fans really make a difference.

At our school we take turns decorating the lockers. When it was my turn, I had to decorate for a big tournament. I did not want to do the usual "cutesy" stuff, but instead wanted something that was more masculine. These turned out great and the guys loved them. I then made similar decorations for the girls, but with cheerleading silhouettes.

If your posters have a common theme, people will notice them more. I really liked the idea of road sign themed posters. Here are some ideas I made for you that are road sign inspired. These posters are some of my favorites, and I hope your squad can use them!

A lot of people love our candy themed posters. This is a new poster based on the JuJuBes candy. I made matching mini posters to put on the guys lockers. For candy, we put large packages of "JuJuBes" in each player's locker.

If you want to improve your jumps then you need to practice them every day. Practicing our jumps always helps us increase our height on jumps. It also helps us improve our timing. We always get a lot of great comments about how high and together our jumps are.

We have such a large amount of traffic to the site, that we thought it might be fun to have a message board / forum. We got one set up, and it's really neat. Go visit and start talking about cheerleading!

We're in the middle of working on a set of clipart for cheer dollz. We know that cheerleading clipart is hard to find, so we're making a way to customise cheer dollz in your squad's uniform style and colors. We have a test page up, and we'd like you to try it out. We have a feed back form on the page, so please let us know what you think.

This is my newest series of poster ideas. All of the designs are based on candy wrappers. The great thing about these posters is you can make mini versions of each to use as locker decorations and then buy the actual candy to go with them. I am including step-by-step instructions for my first two posters.

We are always looking for new and creative ideas for our cheer posters. This time we used "Adobe Photoshop 7" and came up with a neat "airbrush" design that can be modified to fit any of your school colors. We used professional materials to create ours, but this can be easily adapted and made at home.

I have had a ton of requests from girls who wanted to see pictures of the camp wear I designed and printed for several area squads/cheerleaders this summer. Here are just a few of my favorite designs, including a couple that were created just for guys.
